Objective: to explore the essence of amine(Spermine,SPD)intensity treadmill exercise during and one-time high temperature for a long time,the influence of the role of the antioxidant ability of mice.Methods: 72 there was no significant difference of male kunming mice were randomly divided into two groups,disposable and long-term group two groups,each group were randomly divided into six groups,a total of 12 group,two groups of six groups in category,disposable and long-term respectively in the normal temperature strength treadmill exercise physiological saline group(ONIS,LNIS),high temperature intensity treadmill exercise in Vc group(OHIVc,LHIVc),high temperature strength in treadmill exercise and spermine,low dose group(OLSPD,LLSPD),high temperature strength of treadmill exercise and spermine dose group(OTSPD,LTSPD),high temperature intensity treadmill exercise in high dose group(OHSPD,LHSPD),high temperature strength of treadmill exercise(OHIS,LHIS),saline group,each group 6,long-term group training for 8 weeks,5 d/w,one-off experiments,a day during the experiment 10 o 'clock in the morning every day to fill the stomach,the standard for the dosage,high temperature strength of treadmill exercise and spermine low,medium and high dose group(the tendency for 0.5 / kg,the tendency for 1 kg,tendency for 1.5 / kg).High temperature and room temperature strength in treadmill exercise physiological saline group(0.86%)and positive control group in the high temperature intensity treadmill exercise Vc group(1.2 g/L).Two PM on treadmill training intensity,the intensity of the 12 m/min speed training,training every day 20 min,the second week,the running speed on 3 m/min,increased to 18 m/min to stop,duration increased day 10 min,increased to 30 min to stop.Under normal temperature and high temperature and room temperature is 23? respectively,39?,relative humidity is 50%,running platform slope of 0 °,no load.Results: 1)after one-time and for 8 weeks in the high temperature strength of treadmill training,the study found that different doses of the SPD on high temperature oxidation index influence different exercise mice.2)for 8 weeks of high temperature for a long time to run the results showed that: the LHIS compared relatively LNIS,treadmill exercise for a long time,the temperature rise in kunming mice serum,heart and liver tissue MDA,H2O2 content were significantly increased(P < 0.05),gsh-px,T-SOD activity and T AOC decreased significantly(P < 0.05),including mice T-SOD activity in serum and myocardial significantly lower(P < 0.01),NO content had NO significant change(P > 0.05);LLSPD than LHIS,serum and myocardial MDA and H2O2 content significantly lower(P < 0.01),serum and myocardial gsh-px activity significantly increased(P < 0.01),myocardial NO content significantly increased(P < 0.05),serum,muscle and gastrocnemius in T-AOC significantly increased(P < 0.05)and MDA in the liver and significantly reduced(P < 0.05),in the liver gsh-px,NO, NO significant change in T-AOC(P>0.05);LLSPD compared with LHIVc,no significant difference(P>0.05),the effect of cardiac muscle.3)one-time high temperature strength of treadmill results show: the LHIS compared relatively LNIS found that temperature,one-time strength,run in mice serum,heart,liver and gastrocnemius in H2O2 and MDA content significantly increased(P < 0.05),gsh-px and T-SOD activity and the T-AOC significantly reduced(P < 0.05),serum,cardiac muscle and gastrocnemius NO content decreased significantly(P<0.05),NO significant change in the liver(P>0.05);OTSPD than OHIS,myocardial MDA content decreased significantly(P<0.05),serum and tissue H2O2 content had NO significant difference(P> 0.05),NO within myocardial content significantly increased(P < 0.05),gsh-px activity and T AOC-there was NO significant difference(P > 0.05),compared with OHIVc OTSPD,there was NO significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The temperature rise,run by strength in kunming mice,mice serum,liver,muscle and gastrocnemius in MDA,H2O2 content increases,the NO content,gsh-px,T-SOD activity and T AOC is reduced,high temperature can make the levels in the oxidative metabolism of the body,speed up the free radicals and accelerate the body fatigue rate.2.Kunming mice after long-term use of low-dose SPD can significantly increase the long-term running under the environment of high temperature oxidation resistance,compared with the control group,after taking low-dose SPD mice reduced MDA,H2O2 content,NO content,gsh-px,T-SOD activity and T AOC significantly increased(P < 0.05),myocardial and significantly reduce the MDA content in serum(P < 0.01),gsh-px activity significantly increased(P < 0.01),and myocardial performance in significantly lower dose is better than that of high dose and high dose is better than that of dose,low dose although SPD effect is better than that of Vc,but there was NO significant(P > 0.05).3.Kunming mice after one-time dose in taking the SPD can improve the running under the environment of high temperature oxidation resistance,compared with the control group,after taking dose the SPD in mice reduced MDA,H2O2 content,NO content,gsh-px,T-SOD activity and T-AOC increased,but there was NO significant difference(P>0.05),compared with the Vc effect had NO significant difference(P>0.05).4.Taking the SPD may affect this level in the oxidative metabolism of the body,long-term use of SPD is better than a one-time use.The study found that long-term use of low-dose SPD can effectively improve the kunming mice under the environment of high temperature exercise myocardial protection ability,myocardial is better than,calf serum and liver,movement of the body of free radicals can be quickly removed,the body can inhibit or reduce free radical chain reaction in time,the body's antioxidant ability enhancement,improve sports ability.
