Teaching reflection is teachers to examine their own teaching practice,criticism and thinking activities.But beginning in the new round curriculum reform,the importance of teaching reflection have been education and academic attention and widely recognized.Moral character as a student moral development as the fundamental purpose of moral education course,by the era have entrusted to higher requirements.Education of ideological and moral teachers only to their own ideas,knowledge system and teaching methods,teaching effects on critical thinking,constantly improve their reflection ability,realize their own professional development.Classroom teaching is of great significance to the moral character of teachers.First of all,help to realize the ideological and moral teachers' professional development.Second,help to improve the moral character of classroom teaching effectiveness.Once again,helps to cultivate students' critical spirit and innovative spirit.The first part first,established the basis and significance of topic selection,and the teaching reflection related literature at home and abroad and reviews,on the basis of the established the foothold of this study,and selected the research ideas and methods.Second,in the first part on the basis of reflection and teaching reflection,the connotation of the thought personal character class teaching reflection,and analyzes the thought personal character class teaching reflection characteristics,content and method.The third part mainly presents mature thought personal character,ideological and moral teachers to be appointed teachers,expert thought personal character class classroom teaching reflection.The fourth part mainly through reflections on different levels of ideological and moral teachers classroom teaching case analysis,found that different levels focus of ideological and moral teachers in reflection,reflect on the theoretical basis and the method of reflection of differences.The fifth part mainly puts forward matters need to pay attention to the thought personal character class teaching reflection.First of all,a recognition of the importance of ideological and moral teachers' reflections on classroom teaching need to constantly improve.Second,the width and depth of the content of teaching reflection needs to continue to expand.Again,the ideology and moral character of a teacher's classroom teaching reflection method need according to the flexible use of teacher's level.Classroom teaching reflection is the ideological and moral teachers realize their professional development,improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and the training of critical thinking and innovation power key factors and effective way,so the ideological and moral teachers should attach great importance to teaching reflection of its own development and the significance of students' development.
