Reflective moral education is to promoterecognition degree and faith degree of the socialism core value system and thesocialist morality construction system in college student. Enhance the effectiveness ofmoral education in college.In this study,"why do I need moral?" is a very important intervention point,because all of the moral perplexity of college student are derived from the solutionand verify of this problem. The primary task of moral education in college is to givereasonable explanation,evidence and logical argument about this problem. Moraleducation in colleges and universities should change the education pattern, focus onthe cultivation of moral thinking ability and behavior ability Instead of impartingknowledge, let students learn to how to solve moral problems wisely. Moral educationin colleges and universities should not train college students to be observant ofconventional standards, unquestioning obedience, fear of authority. To college student,in compliance with the Code of Ethics is very important, to be the defender andexecutive of moral spirit and ethical values is more important.Reflective moral education includes moral rationality (core), individualism(principle), moral practice (key) and moral reasoning (way).Moral reasoning is thecore of reflective moral education. In essence, moral reasoning is value-rationality(substantive-rationality) and practice-rationality. Value rationality (Corresponding toinstrumental rationality) is subjectivity-rationality, critical-rationality, Constructivist-rationality. Because the rational people can legislation for themselvesand turn the external moral requirements into intrinsic moral law.The principle of Reflective moral education is individualism. Respect students'subject status in the process of moral construction. Individualism in moral educationinclude freedom,equality,respect,trust and forgive. To meet the basic needs of thecollege students, in this way, we can greatly stimulate their autonomy and initiative,self-discipline spirit and innovative ability.Reflective moral education is the focus of moral practice, use the method ofpractice rather than direct instillation of the specific moral values and moral rules, payattention to the cultivation of practice ability, generally speaking, it includesmoral-thinking (moral-understanding, moral-judgment, moral-reasoning, moraldecision-making) and moral behavior-ability (ability of moral action, ability of moralduty).The application mechanism of reflective moral education is the trinity of power,basis and mode. Power is activation of moral need; Basis is incentive moral inquiry;mode is excitation moral reasoning. how to do? There are two tentative ideas: one isset up moral reasoning curriculum system like cobweb, the other is theme explorativeteaching, promote moral truly become the students' needs, realize moral is importantfor everyone who live in this world. Motivate their inquiry spirit on moral problems,enhance their moral reasoning ability, only in this way, moral education in Collegesand universities will be obtain the lasting impetus to development.
