The new curriculum reform requires teachers to give full play to students' initiative and enthusiasm,and promotes the all-round development of students.However,with the increasingly heavy burden of schoolwork and in the face of pressure from teachers and parents,high school students will have overloaded psychological burden.In general,students will evaluate their academic performance and look for the reasons after the exam,which is called attribution;According to the attribution theory,it is pointed out that whether the attribution style is positive or not will affect students' learning attitude,emotion,motivation and so on.So their academic performance will be influenced;Therefore,it is practically significant for the students to carry out the attribution guidance via learning specific subjects.According to the model of Weiner reason classification,author made up the attribution questionnaire for the academic achievement of the students of senior grade one,referring to A questionnaire of the reasons for the successful educations and the failure ones;The research object is class 7,grade 1 in Guizhou Anlong middle school.Pre-test and post test were conducted through 18 factors of success and failure attribution scale of the chemistry learning.The pre-test survey results showed that:(1)students with good academic performance attribute their success to the following major factors : "learning atmosphere" and "hard working" and "learning method" and "teaching" and "learning ability","learning interest";(2)students with bad academic performance attribute their failure to the following major factors: "test efforts","learning method"," hard working","learning ability " and "learning basis ","performance on the spot","learning interest" and " answering strategies".According to the attribution results,the guidance countermeasures of chemistry teaching were carried out under the principle of the attribution of failure and the reference to success:(1)chemistry teaching was conducted by teachers based on the attribution of failure including "learning method","learning basis","learning interest" and " answering strategies",guidance on "learning ability";(2)Based on the attribution of success---"learning atmosphere",active atmosphere was created during chemistry teaching and class activities and conduct the collective attribution training for students;(3)students were helped by teachers with negative attribution through individual training.According to the guidance countermeasures,this paper choose part of the subjects in the third and fourth chapter from the chemistry textbook 1(PEP)to carry out the teaching design by applying the attribution theory to guide the chemistry teaching.The kinds of theme class meeting were held with four times.The individual attribution training was also carried out.Combined with the results of post test of the attribution questionnaire,the grade ranking and the changes of individual students show that the chemistry teaching guidance and attribution training attribution to students based on the students' attribution features can change the students' negative attribution and students' learning attitude of learning chemistry,attract learning interest and increase the confidence in study,conducive to the growth of students.
