Music education refers to all the education through the influence on people's thoughts,feelings,thinking quality,knowledge and skills.Mainly in accordance with certain social requirements,organized,planned,purposeful school music education.Primary education is very important for children growth and the world outlook.The mainly function of music education is to enhance people's aesthetic ability,improve people's innovation ability,broaden people's imagination.Tremendous changes of education has occurred since the reform and opening to the outside world.Nowadays music education is no longer the singing lesson that teachers used to teach sentences one by one and students follow,but a kind of quality lesson which can be combined with sports.With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's standard of living,more and more attention has been paid to the pursuit of spiritual civilization,and music education also becomes more and more important in people's life.This article is based on the development of education and culture in Liaocheng,we chose Sunshine Primary School as our object under the background of quality education.The purpose is to make a comprehensive understanding and analysis of the current situation of music education in this school,so as to find out the current situation of the development of music education in this area.And put forward feasible suggestion on this foundation,we hope it can promote of music education in this school.At the same time,it can provide reference for music education in other schools.Realistically and scientifically,we mainly used a questionnaire survey method,10 classes were taken as samples in 50 classes of Sunshine Primary School,and the situation has carried on the thorough understanding through conversation method,inspection method and so on.This thesis will be discussed from the following aspects.The first part is the research background,significance and current situation of this topic;Secondly,we described the history and analyzed the reasons for the rapid development of music education in the school,and the existing problems are explored too.The third part is the basic situation of the school investigation and analysis,and we fully invested from the school,teachers,students and parents.All data were obtained through field trips,interviews,and questionnaires.Lastly,according to the above reality,we gave some suggestions such as change the educational concept and teachers' construction,and establish a systematic music education system.This paper deals with how to initiate a new model of off campus cooperation.The innovation of this paper lies in the establishment of a new model of school cooperation and a music education system.In the light of scientific research attitude,I hope that the research can help the development of music education in primary schools in Liaocheng.
