The Study On The Cultivation Of Students' Intercultural Communicative Competence In Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Background Of Globalization

With the frequent communication between countries,the demand of the talents of intercultural communicative competence is more higher and higher.As a social backbone technical personnel training,the cultivation of the students' intercultural communicative competence in higher vocational colleges has very big effect on its future development.Though the students cultural foundation is relatively weak in higher vocational college,has very strong practice ability,which needs transformation of traditional talents training goal,combined with characteristics of higher vocational colleges' students and the training goal of intercultural communicative competence.It combines theory with practice and enhances the effectiveness of intercultural communicative competence cultivation.As an important product of social development,higher vocational education is a new education pattern.This has some deficiencies on the education idea and education mode,can't meet the demands of vocational colleges and universities talent training if education pattern in vocational colleges and universities is copied.It is clear that higher vocational colleges have their own important responsibilities,realize their own some deficiencies.Teachers in Higher Vocational colleges according to the demand of social development,especially to cultivate students' communicative competence,English language ability,vocational colleges to enhance students' intercultural communicative effectiveness.To this end,this paper firstly summarizes the current research situation of intercultural communicative competence at home and abroad,summarizes the current research status,analyzes the related concepts of intercultural communicative competence,and introduces the theoretical basis of competence training.Then,according to the analysis of the higher vocational education,this paper investigates the questionnaire of cross-cultural communicative competence in higher vocational colleges and points out the main difficulties: weak foundation of communication,one sided curriculum,weak quality of teacher's profession,and analyzes the poor intercultural communicative competence and facing difficulties: disadvantages of Higher Vocational Colleges,improvement of teacher's level,promotion of students' comprehensive quality.Finally,on the basis of analysis,from the perspective of globalization,we think that we should start from the diversification of cross-cultural communication and improve the teaching environment,pay attention to the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence of vocational college students,and the structure of extrude system of intercultural communicative competence,so as to enhance the intercultural communicative competence of vocational college students.
