In recent years,remote virtual experiment teaching system has been the focus of the field of engineering education,based on its strong sharing and human-computer interaction friendly interface.At the same time,the traditional engineering machinery laboratory in our school is facing some issues,such as limited experimental conditions,lack of openness,aging and limited number of laboratory equipment.Therefore,the research on remote virtual experiment teaching system of the hydraulic excavator’s working device control has great significance on improving the quality of experimental teaching.On the basis of the overall analysis of the remote virtual experiment teaching system,the overall framework of the experimental teaching system and the hardware and software development platform are developed.The remote virtual experiment teaching system of controlling the hydraulic excavator’s working device are divided into an experimental module and an experimental management module by using modular designing approach,which are developed respectively.The computer simulation model of the experimental device of the hydraulic excavator is established,and the control algorithm module is designed.On the basis of the developed model,the pure software simulation virtual experiment and combination of virtual and practical remote control experiment are designed and programmed by using LabVIEW.To strengthen the experimental management platform security,convenience and remote operation,the user login management module and experimental data saving module are designed respectively,in addition,experimental teaching system website using in client and experimental sub-module program are released remotely.The experimental platform of hydraulic excavator working device control system in laboratory is re-built,and the remote virtual experiment teaching system of the hydraulic excavator’s working device control website is published in the server-side computer,based on which the experimental test of the remote virtual experiment teaching system is carried out to verify the reliability and feasibility of this system.
