| Higher vocational education in undergraduate level is an important part of China’s higher education,compare with the general undergraduate education which focusing on subject knowledge system and academic ability training.Higher vocational education in undergraduate level pays more attention to practice teaching and the cultivation of students’ practical ability.At the same time,practice teaching is an important way to achieve the goal of training talents,and it is the key to improve the teaching quality of the education major.Because colleges of higher vocational education in undergraduate level in our country are still in the initial stage of development at present,the goal setting and professional orientation are influenced by the traditional undergraduate education.Although we have realized the importance of the cultivation of practical ability,however,due to inadequate understanding of the job requirements,and practical teaching system is not perfect and other questions which lead to the function of cultivating students’ practical ability is not fully played.Preschool education major of higher vocational education in undergraduate level is also the case.The graduates often have a certain theoretical knowledge,but there is still much room for improvement in practical ability.Therefore,the construction of practice teaching system that adapt to job requirements become the key to the cultivation of high-quality talents,and also the key to the reform of preschool education major in colleges of higher vocational education in undergraduate level.Based on the research of the practice teaching at home and abroad,find the advantages and disadvantages of the existing research.Then,it explains the core concepts and theoretical basis related to the research,and definite the conception of "higher vocational education,preschool education,practice teaching system,practice teaching system of higher vocational education and its dimension division".It also elaborates the key points of constructivism theory and competence-based theory and its relationship with this study,and the ideal state of practical teaching system of preschool education major of higher vocational education in undergraduate level.Based on the example of preschool education major in Vocational and Technical Education College of Yunnan Normal University and Education Science and management College,compare of the two college personnel training programs.Take the form of questionnaires and interviews,investigated student internship students,graduates,principals and preschool teachers,and analyzed the data collected from five dimensions,and find out the problems of practical teaching in colleges of higher vocational education in undergraduate level,mainly include:The orientation of training target is not accurate enough;The content of practical teaching and the rationality of time arrangement need to improved;Practice teaching effectiveness is still have a lot of room for improvement;Lack of professional infrastructure and can not meet the needs;The methods of teaching evaluation is single,and ignore the particularity of students.Finally,combined with the advanced experience of the practice teaching of preschool education at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the construction strategy of the practical teaching system of higher vocational education in undergraduate level.That is:(1)Take the demand as the guidance,take the ability as the main line,locate the practice teaching goal scientifically;(2)Using the "the two classroom" mode to improve the content of practice teaching;(3)Using various ways to enrich the practice teaching;(4)build a practical teaching security system based on the theory of cooperation;(5)Build a multi evaluation system.In this paper,the author compares the practice teaching of preschool education major in Vocational and Technical Education College and Education Science and management College,and find out the difference between the practice teaching of higher vocational education in undergraduate level and academic undergraduate,and summed up practice teaching system problems of preschool education in Vocational and Technical Education College.The whole paper starts with the five dimensions of the practice teaching system from the perspective of literature review,problem investigation and construction strategies and has a very strong pertinence.It can solve the problems existing in the practice teaching of preschool education major effectively.And it provides a model for the development of preschool education major in our college,even the development of preschool education major in colleges of higher vocational education in undergraduate level at home. |
