College students are pillars of the country and the hope of the nation,and the awareness of social responsibility is directly related to social stability,national prosperity and the Chinese nation.Especially,in the Internet era,it is more important to cultivate the sense of social responsibility of college students.As main users of network,college students’ study and life are influenced by network culture.The developments of college students’ awareness of social responsibility are in line with mainstream under the background of network culture,but there are still some problems.They will adversely affect both the harmonious of society and college students’ self-development.The theory of Service Learning emphasizes the combination of learning and servicing with taking reflection and reciprocity as the core.It is an important reference for university students to cultivate their sense of social responsibility.This is in line with the view of combining education with productive labor and the requirement of cultivating all-round talents in Colleges and universities.It also can improve the sense of social responsibility of college students and make them become qualified citizens in society.The thesis is based on the analysis of the existing problems and reasons of college students’ sense of social responsibility in the network culture.Then it tries to use the theory of service learning to enhance college students’ awareness of social responsibility and to create qualified college citizens.The text is divided into four parts.The first part is to clarify the related concepts of the network culture,College Students’ sense of social responsibility.Including network culture,civic responsibility,citizen responsibility consciousness,the basic definition and connotation of service learning,and in the premise of carding and classifying of college students civic awareness of social responsibility,discusses the internal relation and service learning and cultivate college students’ social responsibility consciousness:(1)Service learning can improve students’ citizen responsibility cognition.(2)Service learning can promote the emotion of civic responsibility of college students.(3)Service learning can regulate the behavior of College Students’ civic responsibility.The second chapter mainly discusses the problems of college students’ sense of social responsibility under the background of network culture.From the three aspects of College Students’ civic responsibility cognition,responsibility emotion and responsibility behavior: The performance of the college students’ sense of civic responsibility is shallow,the sense of civic responsibility is indifferent,and the lack of civic responsibility.The third part mainly from the citizen knowledge,the citizen emotion,the citizen behavior three aspects carries on the reasonable attribution,in order to find out the crux of the problem.The fourth chapter is based on the analysis of the reasons,put forward the Countermeasures of Cultivating College Students’ sense of social responsibility under the background of network culture.In the part,the author puts forward some strategies to improve college students’ sense of responsibility,to enhance their sense of responsibility and to enhance their participation skills.So that college students can achieve the unity of “knowledge,feelings,behavior” and then effectively enhance their sense of social responsibility.
