With the increasing competition of international talent,the international students have given more and more attention by countries as an important part of international talent.with the heat of studying aboard in recent years,the research on the influencing factors of international students' choice of studying abroad is becoming more and more popular among scholars.In recent years,the research on influencing factors of Chinese students in China has become more and more hot.In 2001,China take part in WTO,we take it as a demarcation point,select the 13 largest number of foreign students in China over the years,choose panel data during 2001-2014,focusing on the economic,educational,medical and other factors on the number of students after China's accession to the WTO.From the stu dy we can fo und that: in economic,the difference between the source of the st udent country of origin and China's GDP,China's GDP growth rate,the source country and China's bilateral trade volume all have a positive impact on attracting students to China,and these three indicators are shows that they have a positive effect on the number of students coming to China.In terms of educational factors,the teachers and students of Chinese universities have a positive effect on the number of students coming to China.The empirical results show t hat the results are not s trong,this result is not consistent with our expectations,that's because China's college teachers and students did not change significantly in recent years,teachers can not meet the needs of college enrollment,but the growth rate of students is very large;in medical and health,the proportion of China's medical expenditure on GDP has a positive impact for the number of students in China,the empirical results show significantly positive on the level of one hundred percent;for other indicators,The 2003 SARS crisis has a negative impact on this indicator.The 2008 economic crisis has a positive impact on the number of students coming to China.Based on the research res ults above,in order t o gain the upper hand talent competition of the international,our country must pay more attention to attract international students,develop the economy vigorously,keep the sustained and rapid development of economy,and strengthen the education investment to improve the quality of teaching,Reduce the ratio of teachers and students;pay attention to medical and health investment,protect the public medical needs,and create a better medical and health environment,so as to put an end of the spread of diseases.
