The city integration of the New Generation Migrant laborers is a complex issue,which contains the new generation of migrant workers in the subjective and objective two aspects of change.The change of in the context of this conflict have a strong sense of inferiority and anxiety,the urgent desire to melt the city and the difficult situation of the city to form a strong contrast,it can be seen that the new generation of migrant workers in the city after the foot After a long process of integration.The new generation of migrant workers has successfully attracted the government policy arrangements,academic research and social public attention,in order to effectively improve the urban migrant workers in every city plight and further support their individual growth,I believe that the current economic and social development should have righteousness.In this context,the author chooses to carry out the questionnaire survey on the new generation of migrant workers in Guangzhou,obtain the relevant data which can reflect the status quo of the city,summarize and analyze the shortcomings and analyze the influencing factors,and finally from the perspective of community education Related measures.The structure of this study consists of four parts.First of all,in the preface,this study summarizes the main concerns and main conclusions of the current academic circles on the subject,the purpose and significance of the research,the research ideas and methods,the concept definition and the literature review,and summarizes the experience and weakness Innovation.On the basis of theoretical basis,the author analyzes the theory of life-long education,re-socialization theory and human capital theory,combs the new generation of migrant workers' urban integration,and community education to promote the integration of vulnerable groups in urban areas.Combining with the current social development of our country,Education should deal with the social integration of the policies and measures taken to better enrich the theoretical framework of the article,based on the study to consolidate the theoretical basis.Secondly,in the empirical research part of the current situation analysis,the author uses the evaluation index system of three latitudes including economic integration level,social integration level and psychological integration level to investigate the existing urban integration status of the new generation of migrant workers in Guangzhou The The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed by percentage method and the Likert's five-level scale method.The data show that the state of the city is not ideal.Finally,in the countermeasures,the existing research on combing the theoretical level shows that community education has a unique advantage in improving individual cultural quality,skill level and mental health status,and is the only way to promote the new generation of migrant workers to achieve lifelong education.The election.Therefore,this study chooses the community education as one of the important forms of urban community culture as a new way to promote the integration of new generation migrant workers into urban society.In the economic integration dimension,community education can help the new generation of migrant workers in the labor market to enhance self-competitiveness,to achieve stable employment.In this regard,the author put forward the implementation of career education,to carry out transfer education,improve vocational training,build "one-stop" service system and other four countermeasures,multi-pronged to help migrant workers to enhance economic integration.In the social integration dimension,community education can help the new generation of migrant workers to improve their own situation,enhance social status.In this regard,the author from the new generation of migrant workers in the social difficulties dilemma to put forward a number of policies,by promoting leisure education,indoctrination of civilization,expand social networks,and ultimately strengthen social capital,to promote the new generation of migrant workers and urban residents to achieve benign
