| With the rapid development of education in our country,vocational and technical education is developing a relatively independent academic system.Currently,education,a master’s graduate student in vocational and technical education,has formed a certain scale.The quality of postgraduate students,including vocational technical education,has become a hot issue in the education area.Based on vocational and technical education training quality as the research content of postgraduate,vocational and technical education master’s degree authorization centers in shaanxi province colleges and universities as samples,in the literature investigation,questionnaire and individual interview,on the basis of deep analysis key factors affecting vocational and technical education training quality of postgraduate.On the basis of current situation analysis and research,this article on the basis of the theory of total quality management,interpretation of the analysis of vocational and technical education characteristics,the whole process of management of postgraduate enrollment,cultivation,quality control etc.Put forward shaanxi vocational and technical education of postgraduate training quality ascension path.In this paper,based on the theory of total quality management,vocational and technical education of our country training quality are analyzed in interpretation of postgraduate,discusses the three links "recruitment,training,security" in the vocational and technical education of postgraduate training quality,America,Germany and other countries for reference the advanced experience of vocational education of postgraduate training,put forward building "admission-culture-safeguards" trinity of vocationaland technical education training system and the quality of postgraduate path of ascension.This article focuses on the following three aspects:1,The definition of quality and related theory of graduate student in vocational and technical education.System carding and draw lessons from the research achievements of some scholars,the quality of vocational and technical education graduate student illustrates the connotation,characteristics,elements and clarify,based on the theory of total quality management,focused on "admissions-culture-security" three links of vocational and technical education process of postgraduate management issues.2,vocational and technical education master’s degree authorization centers in shaanxi province colleges and universities as the research case,analysis the present situation of the vocational and technical education training quality of postgraduate and influencing factors.Through the research and analysis of the quality improvement of the graduate students in vocational and technical education,the relevant universities in shaanxi province were analyzed and analyzed.Based on the analysis of statistical analysis,the key function of the three links in the quality of postgraduate education is to analyze the enrollment,training and guarantee.3,on the analysis of the vocational and technical education training quality on the basis of the status quo of postgraduate,draw lessons from the advanced experience of developed countries such as America,Germany,from the perspective of total quality management theory,puts forward the ascension of vocational and technical education training quality of postgraduate work path.To sum up,through the relevant research and analysis,this paper analysis of shaanxi vocational and technical education of postgraduate the problems and reasons in the process of training,will apply the theory of total quality management in vocational and technical education of postgraduate training quality guarantee system construction,put forward the targeted and effective path: attaches great importance to the recruitment of students work,pay attention to cultivate process management,to strengthen the construction of quality guarantee system and so on three aspects to optimize and improve the quality of vocational and technical education graduate student training in Shanxi Province security mode,promote the sustainable development of vocational and technical education. |
