The Study Of College Students' Labor Education In The New Age

Labor is the foundation of survival and development of human society.Connecting education with labor has always been an important education policy in our country.In the new era,for college students,as a group of workers who are about to enter the society,the labor education is of great significance for their social viability' cultivation and overall development.However,with the social progress and economic development,for the labor education,there has been gradually a weakened trend in the field of education.Thus,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the strengthening of the College Students' labor education in the new era.This paper was divided into five parts.In the first two parts,the domestic and international researches on the labor education were combed.The concept of College Students' labor education as well as the related theoretical basis and policn basis was analyzed.In the third part,the promotion of College Students' labor education on the all-round development was studied emphatically.Through the promotion of the labor education on College Students' moral education,intellectual education,physical education and aesthetic education,the detailed research was conducted.It was described that,not only should the labor education in the new era help students learn labor skills and ability,but it should also enlighten,and refine the ideology and spirit more.It was not only to make them become all-round development of talents,the deeper meaning was to fully,free,all-roundly and harmoniously develop individual life's potential.In the fourth part,the current status of College Students' labor education and the existing problems were studied.It was concluded that,the main causes of the marginalization of the labor education were as follows:Influenced by traditional ideas and the social environment;The labor education was mistaken for the means of punishment or the tool of the interests.The lack of college labor education curriculum;The lack of internal educative nature in the existing labor education,etc;The lack of perfect labor education management system or institutional system.In the fifth part,the effective ways and measures of developing college students' labor education were discussed.It was described mainly from setting up college labor education idea?strengthening the mechanisrm,improving the curriculum and strengthening the construction of campus culture.
