In recent years,along with the development of the times,many emerging sporting events enter and develop gradually in campus,which integrate into students’ life.Cheerleading sports has been growing vigorously in colleges to respond to our country’s call,which has reached out to the campus even the world.The degree of vogue and recognition of cheerleading is incarnated by intestine tournaments,cheerleading league matches,and all-star tryouts,which facilitates the development of cheerleading in colleges.The college stage is the last stage when students receive physical education from school,and it is the critical moment for lifelong physical training.Cheerleading training can improve students’ physical coordination and lay a foundation of lifelong physical exercise.With female college students chosen as research subjects,this paper has made an experimental research on the cheerleading exercise and their physical coordination through literature material,expert interviews,experimental research,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,which aims to discuss the relationship of cheerleading and physical coordination.It insists on the following conclusions:1.The Cross Shot test index of experimental class exists notable differences after the experiment p=0.000<0.05.And there are significant differences between the experimental class and the posterior class on Cross Shot test index P=0.005<0.05.2.The Cross Jump test index of experimental class exists notable differences after the experiment p=0.012<0.05.But the Cross Jump test index(P = 0.316>0.05)of experimental class doesn’t exist significant differences compared with the posterior class after the experiment.3.The Rope Skipping test index of experimental class exists notable differences after the experiment p=0.001<0.05.And there are significant differences between the experimental class and the posterior class on Rope Skipping test index P = 0.001<0.05.4.The Static Equilibrium test index of experimental class exists notable differences after the experiment p=0.009<0.05.But the Static Equilibrium test index(P = 0.154>0.05)of experimental class doesn’t exist significant differences compared with the posterior class after the experiment.5.The Dynamic Equilibrium test index of experimental class exists notable differences after the experiment p=0.000<0.05.And there are significant differences between the experimental class and the posterior class on Dynamic Equilibrium test index P = 0.000 <0.05.6.The Dynamic Equilibrium Circling test index of experimental class exists notable differences after the experiment p=0.000<0.05.And there are significant differences between the experimental class and the posterior class on Dynamic Equilibrium Circling test index P = 0.000 <0.05.7.The Tempo Runs test index of experimental class doesn’t exist notable differences after the experiment P = 0.210>0.05.And the Tempo Runs test index(P = 0.272>0.05)of experimental class also doesn’t exist significant differences compared with the posterior class after the experiment.In summary,the cheerleading training can improve the physical coordination of students,only one out of the seven test indicators of the experimental class doesn’t exist significant differences(The Tempo Runs test index P = 0.210>0.05).According to the difference between the experimental class and the posterior class,there are four indicators having significantly different.8.The subjective cognitive score(p=0.000<0.05)of physical coordination has significant differences according to the research of students’ subjective assessment of physical coordination after the test,which indicates that students believe that their physical coordination has been improved.The subjective coordination score of the students in the experimental class increases from 20.20 to 22.66 after the experiment,and the rising range is 12%.The subjective coordination score of the posterior students increases from 18.26 to 19.66 after the experiment.and the rising range is 7.6%;The rising range of subjective evaluation score of the control class doesn’t match the experimental class’ s.
