Material is often used in the teaching resources and how to maximize the use of teaching materials for teaching? in front of the education,there is a need for exploring materials developed for the second time? How secondary development of textbooks,rather than simply teach the curriculum? The paper focuses on theories and strategies of secondary development of teaching materials,teachers educated to better meet students ’ cognitive development and attaining the goal of teaching more efficiently.Many scholars at home and abroad for secondary development there has been some research,but also innovative and valuable points.This article is divided into four chapters,the first chapter from the new ideas,teachers,textbooks,students discussed the need for secondary development of materials,existing research situation and conduct research,explains the significance of proposed ideas,methods and innovations of this paper.Chapter II to define related concepts,and constructivism and secondary development of curriculum materials is described in terms of the theoretical basis.Third chapter is paper of focus content to author teaching practice school by with textbook of physics Shanghai section for cases,two times development for strategy summary,using strategy,respectively from textbook knowledge,activities,textbook experiment,extends and exercises of angle for detailed of case design,selected second grade two class students and the junior grade eight class students for research object in my school,for three a stage of teaching experiment,from students feedback of physical learning interest,attitude,data analysis the results obtained experimental conclusions.The fourth chapter is a summary,mainly on the general description of the contents,and to reflect on the lack of research.In this research,author main using literature research and case analysis two species method,proposed "logic of development textbook knowledge","fun of rich textbook activities","intuitive of improved textbook experiment","emotional of extends textbook connotation","organic of expand teaching exercises" 5 species strategy,using above strategy design related related teaching design,found in teaching practice have good results,for current of physical teaching brings has some ideas,also for line teachers provides part theory awareness and practice guide.
