| In the "Outline of National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development",it emphasizes that we should pay attention to the combination of learning and thinking,advocating teaching methods of elicitation,inquiry,discussion and participatory,so as to help students learn how to study.During the process of growing up,all people are developing in the experience,exploring and experiencing surrounding things,in order to adapt to the environment.Therefore,the teaching should also focus on the law of human growth,which shall give priority to experience so as to promote the all-round development of students.This study integrates the use of literature,interview,classroom observation,case study and school-based research,which mainly discusses two questions: first,the research carried out the questionnaire survey to the primary school teachers in the XS District of Kunming City,through classroom observation to collect teaching cases of primary school mathematics,in order to understand the status quo of primary school mathematics classroom teachings in XS District of Kunming City.After the training of "experiential teaching" for all primary math teachers in the XS District,the study also conducted the school-based research on "experiential teaching" of YJ Center School;second,combined with literature research,theoretical analysis and case study,it explores strategies and specific modes of primary school "experiential teaching".The core conclusions of this study include: first,based on the literature analysis,the connotation,nature and type of "experiential teaching" are clarified;second,taking advantage of the questionnaire survey and interviews of teachers,student group interviews,as well as data analysis,the basic situation of elementary school mathematics classroom teaching in XS District of Kunming City has been collected:in the primary math classroom,students’ experience and practice are far from enough,leading students’ weak command of mathematics knowledge.Although many teachers have already paid attention to strengthen the dominant position of students in the classroom teaching,there is a lack of effective measures to promote students’ learningexperience,which causes the relatively low classroom efficiency;third,through the school-based research,it summaries principles,strategies and patterns of "experiential teaching",which has achieved a certain effect through the 5-month school-based study.Primary school mathematics teaching involves a wide range of issues,even though in the study,related issues of "experiential teaching" are discussed and elaborated,there are still many valuable problems on primary school mathematics teaching that require in-depth understandings and researches. |
