In Mathematical Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education(2011 edition),the evaluation of learning performance includes student's learning process and learning outcomes.The evaluation to how to teach,how to learn and how well of teaching and learning is the focus of research in the field of education.The research uses some methods,including literature,survey,interview,paper and pencil test,classroom observation,trace analysis,experience summary.There are two question to be surveyed: one is the investigation of mathematics curriculum content learning performance in Kunming LH primary school;the other one is to think about how to improve the performance of mathematical curriculum in elementary school and put forward corresponding suggestions in the basis of survey research,combining the suggestions of teaching evaluation which involves with learning performance,performance theory,the fourth generation of evaluation theory,meta-cognitive theory,forgetting theory,and constructivism teaching theory.Main conclusions of this study are: first,learning performance of students in grade 3 and grade 6 is good in learning attitude,learning behavior,learning ability,learning outcomes and so on.Average score of learning performance test is 86.09 points for 169 students in the third grade,passing rate of 98%,while 168 sixth grade students' average score is 80.40 points,passing rate of 86%;second,teachers pay more attention to students' scores than learning performance;last,suggestions for mathematics curriculum content learning performance are put forward combining with the study of basic theory and the analysis of some excellent teaching cases.There are three points for suggestions.First is that school leaders should attach importance to the construction of school education research;Second is mathematics teachers should pay attention to enhance their professional growth and business literacy;the last one is the corresponding suggestions for contents of "mathematics and algebra","graphics and geometry","statistics and probability",and "synthesis and practice".It is hoped that the study may shed light on improving the learning performance of primary mathematical curriculum.
