A Study On The Work Of Ideological And Political Education In Yan'an Luyi

Yan'an Luxun College of Literature and Art,also called Yan'an Luyi,was founded and developed by the CPC to fight against the enemy in the fields of literature and art during the harsh years of anti-Japanese War.Yan'an Luyi established,developed and implemented the work of ideological and political education in profound historical backgrounds,when there were national crisis of periling the nation and the people,hard time of anti-Japanese war,objective condition of relative stability in the rear area of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border regions,and practical needs of spiritual culture combat in the war of resistance against Japan.Yan'an Luyi carried on the work of ideological and political education effectively.In school,the practice of ideological and political education was reflected in the aspects of and curriculum setting and teaching methods.In society,social activities and rectification of literature and art.The work of ideological and political education in Yan'an Luyi featured in many aspects,such as it's extreme importance,explicit purpose,and various forms.Specifically,the work was raised to strategic height during that time;it took the cultivation of cadre of literature and art against Japan and the construction of a new revolutionary literature and art as its object;all kinds of forms were adopted to enhance the efficiency of ideological and political education.Achievements of ideological and political education were enriching the theory of ideological and political education,cultivating a large number of literature and art talents with both virtue and ability,creating lots of great works of literature and art with far-reaching effect,opening a new mode for the education of literature and art in China.Although contemporary university students majoring in arts have the personalities and ideological characteristics of independent thought and career-focusing,their ideological and political education have problems,such as weak concept,formalism,routinism and so on.The enlightenments of the ideological and political education in Yan'an Luyi upon the ideological and political education of contemporary university students majoring in arts are handling properly the relationship between ideological and political courses and specialized courses to train students with both ability and integrity;correctly handling the relationship between specialized education and integrated education so as to conduct teaching while learning;managing correctly the relationship between universality and particularity to realize individualized teaching;and handling properly the relationship between inheriting and creating to achieve innovation boldly.
