Due to the limitation of various conditions,most teachers’ teaching methods have lagged behind in rural middle schools.The modern information technology could not be fully utilized,as the students’ abilities of autonomous learning were poor,the learning interests and the learning effects were low.At the same time,the new curriculum standard of middle school has pointed out that the teaching reform focuses on cultivating students’ interests in English learning,advocating the effective combination of modern educational technology and English learning,broadening the learning path,and ultimately it could achieve the goal of students’ independent learning abilities.As a new teaching method under the background of information technology era,the Micro-lecture which was a new teaching method,integrated the text,the sound and the animation as a whole,the prominent theme,the shortage and the exquisite,the content concentrates and so on.It could not only meet the individual needs of students,but also improved the learning interests,attracted the students’ attention and raised their enthusiasm.It also promoted the improvement of teachers’ teaching level,improved the atmosphere of classroom teaching,and promoted the development of Educational Information.The author has reviewed the design and application of Micro-lecture at home and abroad,understood the status of the application of Micro-lecture in the school teaching research,and analyzed the necessity of Micro-lecture in the application of English teaching in Grade seven in rural middle school,and put forward the use of Micro-lecture in Grade seven in English which would help to improve the teaching quality,and then it has conducted a comprehensive analysis of the feasibility of the subject.Then it preliminary analyzed the selected experimental school,grade,class and designed of the questionnaire,selected the experimental content,designing and implementingteaching.SPSS statistical software and WPS Office spreadsheet software were used to analyze the experimental data and verify the research hypothesis,and finally,the use of vocabulary and grammar rules about the Micro-lecture teaching,students could improve the attention,participation in classroom activities,as well as learning interest,and the teaching atmosphere.And then summed up practice experience of English teaching about Micro-lecture teaching in Grade seven in rural middle school.Not only to provide experience and guidance for other rural middle schools in English and other similar disciplines to use Micro-lecture,to promote and improve the effect of classroom teaching,to achieve Educational Information.The main research ideas are to take a variety of channels to collect reference which is related research,and then will classify and analyze the background and significance of the study.And it is to summarize the research on the design and application of Micro-lecture at home and abroad,and to put forward the necessity of the research.It will put forward the research hypothesis further by analyzing the subject.The theoretical basis of the study is the theory of information technology teaching system designation and Refinement theory,Constructivism Learning theory,Audio-visual Teaching theory.The experimental process is designed by using experimental research methods,comparative research methods and questionnaire survey methods.After the experiments,the questionnaire is sent to the students in experimental class.The results of the questionnaire and the data are obtained from the experiment and are analyzed by professional data analysis tools.The conclusion is made with reliable data validation experiment.Finally,the author will summarize the practical experience of the research,to reflect the shortcomings,to plan the following-up study,to imagine the development prospect of it.The framework of the structure includes seven chapters: The first chapter analyzes the necessity of the research from the background of the researches and the present situations.The second chapter elaborates the theoretical basis and key concepts involved in the study,and analyzes the specific application of the relevant theory in theexperiment.The third chapter is about the preliminary analysis of the research which includes the feasibility study of the research,objective analysis and status analysis,research grouping and teaching system analysis.The fourth chapter is about the instructional design of the study which includes the design of Micro-lecture and instructional design cases.The fifth chapter is the teaching implementation of the study which is about the teaching implement on the experimental to control classes,and the corresponding comparison.The sixth chapter is the evaluation of the research of the subject,including the analysis of the classroom observation process,the statistical analysis of the questionnaire and the analysis of the test results,to format the evaluation and summary evaluation.The seventh chapter is mainly about the summary of empirical research and the reflection of the shortcomings,as well as the following-up researches and future
