The Life Education Of College Students From The Perspective Of Secular Bioethics

Under the increasing outside pressure and diversified social environment,the individual life is under the pressure from all directions.Facing endless college students' psychological problems such as violence,suicide,we must reflect the problems existing in the higher education.The lack of life education makes the development of higher education and the whole society is in trouble.First,higher education blurs the nature of their mission in the development of the society.Second,college students' life education ignored the particularity of this group,the college students' life education lacks the search for life's meaning.Under the dilemma of the life,Engelhardt's secular bioethics provides a new perspective and method to the development of education which under the background of the new era of life practice.Secular bioethics was born in the context of pluralism and the collapse of religious authority,the development of life education is also facing the same background,the purpose of the secular bioethics is to build a bridge solving the conflicts among various specific community.He put forward the maximum principle——Principle of permission that all community shall follow it,any behavior must get permission from individuals,the key of the cooperation and communication between moral stranger is also the value of respect and understanding between each other,and these conflicts in the context of diversified era even more highlighted.From the era background and principles,secular bioethics and current college students' life education have a strong suitability,from the hidden life education meaning can read out the new direction of life education.In the secular bioethics' horizon,life education should respect educatees' choosing freedom,emphasize the responsibility of life education,the reason why life education can solve multiple contradiction is the collective unconscious of the common value and energy,which will eventually point to the meaning of life.So under the theory of secular bioethics,college students' life education in order to be able to adapt to diversity and increasingly materialistic environment must realize own educational ideas' transformation.First of all,college students' life education must be able to tolerate the pluralistic value,education itself should embody the variety of values,but in order to prevent diversity lead to chaos,the common life value is the core content,these common values to all mankind is the key to achieve cooperation between conflicts.Life education puts into practice also need specific ways and methods.Goals and hope in any case is a kind of life,the development of career planning and employment guidance can help students establish a clear goal,through their own struggle to achieve success.Through strengthening general education courses,university students learning to appreciate the art and literature,they can feel the truth,kindness,beauty and power of love indirectly,and inspire their inner creativity and life energy.In the growth of college students will encounter various difficulties and challenges in the course of learning,these are not the tragedy of life,suffering is the important opportunity to gain growth,college students can harvest deeper understanding of life from the suffering which enhance their spirit,flesh and gain the meaning of life.In the perspective of Secular bioethics,college students' life education focus to solve the problems following three aspects as below: First,college students how to face the diversification of society;Second,college students' life development requires them to study solving the conflict between the multiple value;Last but not the least,the core of life development is to pursue the life meaning in the chaotic society.
