| In the new period, according to the curriculum standards and the requirements of the new curriculum reform, junior school students’ learning of history is in the early stage. Therefore, the history in junior school should focus on the teaching of basic historical facts, in which case, teachers need to attach importance to grasping accurately the teaching of historical concepts. Concerning how to make the students grasp the historical concepts more skillfully and promote the junior school history teaching, the choice of teaching methods is particularly important.In the teaching of the history concepts in junior school classrooms, by consulting a large quantity of documents and other materials, by combining theory with practice, and though my own teaching experience, I hope to adopt various effective teaching methods to deal with the problems faced in concept teaching. First, this paper explains the concept teaching in junior school history classroom and its definitions concerned. Secondly, it makes a detailed analysis of the importance and feasibility of concept teaching in the classroom of junior school. Thirdly, using the method of questionnaires, we can find the main problems of history teaching by applying the data statistic method. In view of which, I design conceptual diagram, analogy, relation, problem exploration, situational teaching and so on in the teaching. Finally, though the essay "Economic Crisis and Roosevelt’s New Deal" published by Yuelu Publishing House, which is used in the ninth grade, I design the classroom teaching cases according to the methods of historical concept teaching. |
