In the global economy,industry experience reform background,development strategy of American economy a major transformation,due to globalization and the international division of labor,to the process of industrialization in the United States caused by Industrial Hollowing,triggering technology brain drain,the loss of core technologies,high-end manufacturing advantages weakened and other issues.In order to improve the weak employment environment and actively face enormous challenges the economic globalization,the United States tries to cultivate a large number of high-level technical personnel to change the pattern of high-end economic development,so as to provide a new basis for economic development.Because of this,to maximize the development and utilization of resources,to meet the industrial skilled technology and make hair The demand for the development,is becoming a key task for all the current and future periods.The United States is the typical representative of the developed countries in the world,whether it is the "new economy" mode or "re industrialization" strategy have attracted much attention,the success of the occupation education are most popular among the people.In this context,probe into the development problem the United States occupation education and industry cooperation,is of great practical significance to promote China's technical skills talent team construction is based on industry innovation.Based on the coordination problem of occupation education and industrial structure of the United States as the research object,occupation education and the industry structure tested from the perspective of empirical research,especially the coordination degree between the occupation training and industry technical skills talent demand.First,this study summarizes the related literature at home and abroad,to clarify the definition of related concepts as the carrier the theory of correlation degree of coordinated development of occupation education and industry.Secondly,the analysis of the United States occupation education respectively.Total enrollment,three types of education enrollment,16 kinds of cluster category enrollment,associate degree and certificate number,three of the industrial structure and the three major industries of employment,and on this basis,Related data from the occupation education and the development of the industrial structure,were calculated by the American occupation measure cluster correlation coefficient of category structure and industrial structure,the relationship between occupation education structure and employment structure of the United States,the contribution of industrial structure adjustment and development of occupation education development,the United States occupation education development contribution to adjustment of industrial structure.The results show that the present situation of the coordinated development of good development between American occupation education and industry,industrial development to promote the rapid development of occupation education,provides the technical skills of personnel required to support occupation education in turn for the development of the industry.Finally,the study summed up and divided Analysis of the United States to promote the successful experience of the coordinated development of occupation education and industry.On the basis of the relevant experience,put forward our country occupation education to better adapt to the basic strategy of economic and industrial development,in order to further the close relationship between the industrial demand and occupation training room,enhance the ability of industry development in China the service occupation education to provide some meaningful reference.
