Study On The Regional Distribution And Optimization Strategy Of Vocational Education Resources In China

Resources are the material basis of vocational education development.The amount,quality and distribution of vocational education resources of a country or a region will have a profound influence on the development of it.Because of this,at the background that China is advancing the development of modern vocational education,it is of great significance to analyze current situation,features and existing problems of the distribution of resources of it,and to put forward the basic ideas to optimize the vocational education resources for regional distribution.That will also be of great importance to promote the balanced development of regional vocational education in the future.Focusing on the core problem of regional distribution of vocational education resources,this paper chooses the human resources,material resources and financial resources in the field of vocational education as the core factor and then establishes the index system to measure the regional distribution of vocational education resources.On the basis of this,the author analyzes the regional distribution and characteristics of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education resources in our country furthermore;the author gives the explanation of regional distribution of the vocational education resources and its causes in China.Finally,the author puts forward the strategies and suggestions to optimize the layout of vocational education resources.This study is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly including the research background and significance,research concept and theoretical basis,summary of existing researches,research ideas and methods.The second part and the third part is mainly about the current situations and characteristics in institutions,infrastructure,financial resources and human resources of secondary and the higher vocational education.The fourth part is aimed at studying the diachronic distribution characteristics of vocational education resources in China and its distribution differences among eastern,central and the western region.The results show that the regional distribution of vocational education resources in China is obviously different with the trend that the total resources in east is more than it in west,which is mainly affected by the regional economic development level,population factors and policy factors and so on.The fifth part is mainly about basic strategy to optimize distribution of the vocational education resources in China.The study shows that it is beneficial to further improve the allocation level of vocational education resources and realize the goal of optimizing the regional distribution of vocational education resources in China through increasingly improving its construction investment,expanding its overall scale,achieving the sharing of high quality vocational education resources between regions,strengthening the special construction for weak areas of vocational education resources,playing the advantages of vocational education resources in the region and the introducing international quality vocational education resources and other means.
