In recent years,tacit knowledge has not only penetrated into various fields,but also attracted the attention of different scholars.The education teaching has carried on the deep exploration to the tacit knowledge.Poland:two kinds of knowledge.Usually the knowledge is expressed in written words or maps or mathematical formulas,and there is a kind of knowledge that cannot be expressed in a systematic way,such as our knowledge of our own behavior.If we refer to the former knowledge as explicit knowledge,the latter is called tacit knowledge.Knowledge is like an iceberg,the visible part of the iceberg is explicit knowledge,and the invisible part of the iceberg is tacit knowledge.Explicit knowledge is only the tip of the iceberg,but tacit knowledge is the most part of the iceberg.Only a lot of tacit knowledge explicit,in order to better grasp by us.In the bar skill teaching,students often have "learned" phenomenon,in the process of moving,always meet every kind of problem.Some teachers think that teaching is the principle of the action or essentials to the students can be said,the students can only grasp the idea of such a way.But they are not.In physical education,teachers only regard the teaching of explicit knowledge as a part of the teaching,and do not pay attention to the existence of tacit knowledge.It is very important for students to understand the ability of the students,the ability of spatial judgment and the ability of practice.Tacit knowledge has a profound impact on the horizontal bar teaching,let us realize that the existence of tacit knowledge in the horizontal bar teaching will help to improve the teaching level of the horizontal bar,and improve the enthusiasm of students.This research mainly uses the literature material method,the interview method,the observation method and the semantic analysis method carries on the qualitative research to the University gymnastics horizontal bar teaching,the conclusion is as follows:(1)tacit knowledge exists in large numbers.In the process of teaching,we should pay attention to the study of tacit knowledge.Teachers in the course of teaching,we must pay attention to their wording,to some abstract action to make it more specific,easy to communicate with students better.(2)the new recruits' tacit knowledge is more and more,his understanding of a lot of actions has not risen to a higher level of theory.(3)teachers should dig out the original knowledge in students' minds and pay attention to students' individual differences.To change the original teaching model and to pay more attention to the acquisition of tacit knowledge.(4)the students in the learning process,to learn to develop their language skills,improve their professional knowledge and learning ability;to learn observation,reflection,summary,find the strengths of others,and constantly improve themselves.(5)for the subjects of learning,learn to maintain a good attitude,dare to face the change of learning attitude.To learn to communicate with fellow teachers,this will be conducive to the tacit knowledge of the dominant.Therefore,we should change the traditional teaching concept in the teaching on students;tacit knowledge;good at summing up,to stimulate students' interest;creating situations,guide students to explore independently;supervise students and improve students' ability to analyze and communicate with each other;promote tacit knowledge;build a harmonious classroom atmosphere in the classroom,students can into the classroom,better and faster at the same time to accept;appropriate change evaluation mechanism,stimulate the enthusiasm of students,can do the real distinction between individual differences.
