Under the continuous development of new curriculum reform,teaching researchers have been exploring and researching teaching mode and teaching method.In college physical education,the majority of students are facing the final stage of full-time physical education,and the final stage of education for teenagers before they enter the society.In order to better carry out the work of college physical education,we need to constantly explore new,effective and manageable teaching mode and teaching methods.This research mainly explores and studies the application effect and value of "271 Classroom" teaching mode in the teaching of public body-building calisthenics through the methods of literature and data,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,expert interview,observation and teaching experiment.Through the research and analysis on the teaching of the optional course of public physical aerobics in Shanxi Normal University,the following conclusions are drawn:Through the experimental group and control group of two groups of students learning aerobics of a single action,combination action and complete sets of actions of the relevant indicators of the test analysis,as well as students to learn aerobics ability to compile the test analysis showed that the "271 class " The teaching model of learning aerobics professional skills in the learning effect than the traditional teaching mode."271 classroom" teaching model with particular emphasis on cultivating students’ self-learning,so that students can enjoy a real "subjective" in teaching.Through the "Aerobics Learning Interest Inventory" on the two groups of students on the aerobics of the likes and dislikes,as well as their active learning aerobics,extracurricular attention and participate in aerobics degree of the four directions before and after the test comparison shows that,students aerobics learning interest than in the traditional teaching mode under the aerobics teaching effect is good."271 classroom" teaching model focuses on mutual help and mutual assistance among students,the diversity of forms of combination of learning to improve the interest of students to learn and enhance the awareness of physical exercise and then the development of student lifelong sports.Through the comparison of the students ’cooperative consciousness and cooperation skills,the results showed that the students’ cooperative ability in the teaching of aerobics was improved by using the "271 Classroom" "The teaching mode is better than using the traditional teaching mode."271 classroom" teaching mode of application,the development of the exchange and cooperation between students,constantly exchanges and friction,the students continue to strengthen the sense of cooperation,cooperation skills have been improved,the ability of students to improve interpersonal skills Also played a very strong impact.
