Independent games in kindergarten area occupies an important place in the children a day, and children’s independent game for young children has a very important role in the development of all aspects. Teachers in children’s regional autonomy is the supporter and guide in the game,teachers’ independent game to teacher beliefs in the independent game activities supportive behavior has a great impact, this study to quantitative research as the orientation, through the questionnaire survey of 170 a preschool teachers, this paper discusses the current kindergarten regional autonomy teachers’ beliefs and supportive behaviors in the game,the results showed that: (1) under different system of kindergarten teachers’ beliefs about autonomous game practice have bigger difference,no significant difference in the aspect of cognitive beliefs; (2) children under different system of kindergarten teachers have significant support for independent game behavior, public garden teachers is better than that of private kindergartens, especially in the area of environment creation; (3)the backbone teachers and general no significant difference in the game to observe, and in the guide, environment evaluation, and significant differences of reflection; (4) the teachers’ qualification, teaching experience for early childhood teachers game supportive behavior has a significant effect, the longer the higher teacher education, teaching age,supportive behavior game, the better. At the same time using the method of observation, the interview revealed the structure of preschool teachers’independent game belief and supportive behavior and characteristics, the study found that: (1) whether teachers with independent game beliefs have a fundamental impact on the teacher’s behavior; (2) teachers environment and the training effect of independent game faith; (3) the teachers’ independent game belief is not perfect, affect the teachers’independent game practice; (4) teacher independent game supportive behavior and beliefs will appear because of the external environment factors.Therefore, combining with the cases and the literature garden aspects: put forward the following Suggestions: (1) enhance the children’s independent game environment creation, teacher training actively, ease the pressure that the preschool teachers, preschool teachers are encouraged to attend research; (2) the teachers: to actively take part in training, to expand their theoretical knowledge in my spare time, and the kindergarten, parents support more communication, diversity for the assessment of young children; (3) parents: to realize the importance of family education, rich children’s life experience, education in life.
