The Probe And The Analysis Of The Way On The Current Situation Of Young Teachers' Teaching Ability Of Undergraduate Universities In Jiangxi Province

In recent years,with the Increase of scale of universities' enrollment and the leaping development of higher education,a large number of graduated young masters and doctors have enriched the faculty of colleges and universities,the number of universities' young teachers continue to increase,they hold up the half of the teaching work of university.But the young teachers who have just entered work,lack of teaching experience,professional ability is not strong,in the teaching process problems appear frequently,which caused widespread attention in the education sector,young teachers further enhance the teaching ability of colleges and universities have also been concerned by Colleges and universities.The undergraduate universities of Jiangxi Province as an important training base for high-level talents in Jiangxi Province,The number of young teachers has increased year by year,and the improvement of young teachers' teaching ability is also an urgent problem faced by Jiangxi undergraduate universities.In this paper utilizes the questionnaire survey,the method of theoretical analysis to study the teaching ability of young teachers in Jiangxi province from the perspectives of pedagogy,psychology,political economy and sociology.Based on the analysis of the impact of factors,put forward the corresponding recommendations.The paper focuses on the following:Firstly,introducing the background,purpose and significance of the paper,explaining the main methods and theoretical basis of the research,explaining the content and the related concepts of the research,and points out the innovation of the research;Secondly,an Investigation and Analysis of the Cultivation of young teachers' teaching ability of undergraduate colleges and universities of Jiangxi Province.Firstly,explaining the basic situation of the investigation,analyzing the problems of the heighten of the young teachers' teaching ability of Jiangxi undergraduate colleges.Thirdly,the author have analysised the influencing factors of the teaching ability of young teachers' teaching ability of undergraduate colleges and universities of Jiangxi Province.This chapter mainly analyzes the factors what affect the teaching ability of young teachers from the social level,the university level,the young teachers level and the university students level;Fourthly,the author have explored the Ways to improve the teaching ability of young teachers' teaching ability of undergraduate colleges and universities of Jiangxi Province.The author analyzes the feasibility of improving the teaching ability of young teachers in undergraduates of Jiangxi province from the perspectives of society,colleges and universities,young teachers and college students.
