Local agricultural colleges and universities as an important part of local institutions,the size of their enrollment in recent years there has been a large growth continues to expand.In contrast,the university teachers' resources are relatively scarce.Century-old,education-oriented;education,teacher-oriented.To grasp the local agricultural institutions of personnel training and scientific research work,young teachers continue to flow into the local agricultural colleges and universities,bear the agricultural college education and teaching tasks and for the local economic and social development of continuous training of personnel,to provide intellectual support and scientific and technological support of the task.The ability of young teachers to become an important factor influencing the quality of education and teaching in local agricultural colleges and universities,also related to the quality and level of personnel training in local agricultural colleges,to promote the development of China's agricultural science and technology and rural economic progress has a serious impact.Therefore,it is very important to study the improvement of the teaching ability of young teachers in local agricultural colleges and universities to promote the sustainable development of local agricultural colleges.This research is divided into five parts,including:First,the introduction part,mainly contains:the research background,research purpose,research significance,research methods,research status at home and abroad,concept definition and related theory Make a brief introduction and discussion.Second,the status of young teachers in local agricultural colleges and universities to conduct a more in-depth investigation.The questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted by young teachers of A Agricultural University,and the status was analyzed.Thirdly,it analyzes the influencing factors of the teaching ability of young teachers in local agricultural colleges.Based on the collected data,the factors influencing the teaching ability of young teachers in A Agricultural University were analyzed by Spss analysis method,and the factors influencing the teaching ability of young teachers were found out.Fourthly,it analyzes the experience and enlightenment of improving the teaching ability of young teachers in foreign universities.By summarizing the experience of improving the teaching ability of young teachers in foreign universities,we will help to improve the teaching ability of young teachers in local agricultural colleges and universities in China.Fifthly,the research on the promotion strategy of young teachers' teaching ability in local agricultural colleges and universities is studied.According to the investigation and analysis of young teachers in A Agricultural University,combined with the actual situation of agricultural colleges and universities in China,this paper puts forward effective strategies to improve the teaching ability of young teachers in local agricultural colleges and universities.
