Applied Research Of Community Workers Training Under The Theoretical Of Learning Style

Community is not only the essential element of society but also the basic component of urban management.With the acceleration of urbanization,community has more and more influence in alleviating social pressure,guarding social stability and promoting personal and social development,etc.As a new work team arising under the new situation,social workers have become the backbone of community construction.With the challenge it faces becoming increasingly difficult,social demand for its ability to work also improves gradually and the relevant departments at all levels pay more and more attention to the education of community workers’ training.This study is based on a random sample of community workers from nine community.Understand the distribution type of community workers’ learning style as well as the current situation of their training,requirements,and analyze the influencing factors of social worker training and the problems existing in the training,through questionnaire,in-depth interview,observation and other methods.On this basis,the learning style theory is introduced into the community worker training practice to giving full play to the advantages of its theory,shape the harmonious pleasant training environment,cultivate community workers’ participation awareness of training,thereby,improving the efficiency of the training.The author hopes to provide the reference for optimizing the social worker training process and improving social worker training effect by introducing the theory of learning style in the community worker training practice.
