Physical function training is a new training system of theories and methods in order to adapt to the development of professional sports , widely used in the field of competitive sports,started to be a reference to the school sports in recent years,but relatively less involvement on College Students sports. This study selected ordinary college students as the research object,selects the pre-test,and post-test. analyzes the influence of body function training on College Students’ wushu action learning through the teaching experiments,provides a reference for the practical application of body function training in the sports (teaching) projects of the physical education classes. This paper took college students as the experimental objects, experimental design model.The objects were randomly divided into two groups for each index test.On this basis, the experimental group has done class body function training intervention for 16 weeks, primary long fist martial arts combined with teaching and five body function training after class, the control group was given routine traditional classroom teaching. The first week of basic FMS and martial arts long fist basic skills test long before the end of the 16 weeks. The experiment again after 16 weeks of the experiment in the measurement of the indicators to test and statistical analysis before and after the measured data. Through the analysis of these data,we can draw the following conclusions:1.after the 16 weeks’ body function training, in the functional action screening test 7 test project,a comparative analysis of the experimental data measured,the experimental group and the control group’s scores were improved,scores had very significant differences in the experimental group (p<0.01), the control group had no significant difference (P>0.05).2.About body function training in college students’ martial arts learning ,the quality of martial arts action, level of exercise and motion error movements are significantly increased (p<0.05), there is no significant difference in the proficiency before and after the experiment(P> 0.05)o .3.Body function training in improving college students’ martial arts action learning has an obvious effect,applied to college students in the college PE class and sports events ,the combination is an effective method of exercise, at the same time, this also has a positive effect for the prevention of sports injury among college students .
