The gender perspective is increasingly popular in educational research,and more and more domestic and foreign scholars have begun to focus on gender issues in education.As an important tool to realize the curriculum,the textbook takes on the important task of transmitting the mainstream culture and the mainstream values of the society.Chinese textbook is very important for transmitting mainstream values and cultivating students' aesthetic taste.However,the gender bias in Chinese textbooks reflects the social potential ideology,on the other hand,it will strengthen the gender bias of the society,which is particularly prominent in the young people.This paper will explore the problems of gender bias and its impact on the senior Chinese textbooks.The introduction part will put forward the background and significance of this problem,and introduces the research status of gender bias in Chinese Textbooks of primary and secondary schools.After that,based on the theory of feminist literary criticism,social gender theory,social learning theory and cultural hegemony,the gender bias of Chinese teaching materials in senior high school was studied.The second part of the thesis will be based on the text analysis,to classify the image of men and women in the teaching material.In terms of marriage and social activities,women in Chinese textbooks are at a disadvantage.Comparing the situation of male and female in the teaching material,we can obviously feel the passive status and the stereotype of women.The third part of the thesis will summarize the phenomenon of the first and the second part.Through the analysis of the teaching materials,we can find that the high school Chinese textbook of the people's education press is a strong stereotype of women and the gender of the gender aesthetic.The reason why the material with obvious gender bias is the accumulation of the male power thought of China and the collective unconscious of the textbook editor.In order to understand the impact of gender bias in teaching materials,we carried out a questionnaire survey in high school students.Data show that the teaching materials will mislead the student's gender awareness,proof and strengthen gender stereotypes and to provide students with inappropriate female role models.In order to improve the problem,Chinese teachers need to guide students to cultivate students' correct gender concept.
