School culture generation is a hidden curriculum,which has an important effect on students' health and growth.In recent years,with the whole society's attention to the school culture,there are more researches on school culture construction.But most of the researches lay stress on external aspects,such as the content and significance of school culture construction.But the internal research on how the school culture generate is still rare.Citing a few middle schools and primary schools in Anqing city as examples,this paper aims to explore the generation of school culture from two aspects of theory and practice.On the basis of theoretical analysis and practical examples,this paper puts forward the idea that school culture formation needs correct understanding of school culture,and going through three stages of giving birth to core values of the school education,fostering school material culture carrier,and civilizing the teachers and students' behavior culture.From conception to cultivation and education,there is an organic unity,and any single one can be omitted.School culture generation demands developing from inside,middle and outside,as well as pays attention to the intrinsic established heart thought cognition,forms the cultural carrier of construction and explicates in building the behavior culture,three kinds of which are mutual integration and interactive symbiotic relationship.
