Research On The Status Of Rational Health And Promotion Strategy In Internet Plus Background Of Higher Vocational College Students’ Heart

The advent of the information age of the Internet has influenced people’s life and var ious fields, especially for higher vocational college students. China Internet network infor mation center (CNNIC) issued 38 times in Beijing "China Internet development statistics report", the China Internet network development state statistic report shows that as of Jul y 2016, China 710 million Internet users,Internet penetration rate reached 51.7%, more t han the global average of 3.1%. As of June 2016, the number of mobile Internet users in China was 656 million. Among these netizens, many netizens are college students. The a dvent of the Internet age has brought humanity into the digital age. Network informationi zation has been incorporated into our study, work and life and various fields, especially t he psychological development of higher vocational college students.This article aims to analyze the "Internet ＋" under the background of higher vocatio nal college students’ psychological development present situation and the problem of "Int ernet ＋" under the background of higher vocational college students’ psychological devel opment of the cause of the problem analysis, under the background of "Internet ＋" princi ple, to promote the development of higher vocational college students’ mental health und er the background of "Internet +" strategy to promote the development of higher vocation al college students’ mental health, make higher vocational college students set up the corr ect outlook on life and values, realize self-worth. For a better ability to adapt to the increa singly fierce competition in the social life, to develop higher vocational college students and improve the psychological quality, promote their physical and mental qualities and id eological and moral quality, cultural quality, professional quality of the coordinated devel opment, eventually make its health, comprehensive and harmonious development. The ad vent of the era of Internet+, enrich and develop the higher vocational college students’ ps ychological health education resources,expand the space of higher vocational college stu dents’ mental health education and channels, as well as the higher vocational college stud ents’ mental health education in the new period. Therefore, under the background of incre asing Internet + higher vocational college students’ mental health education research is i mperative, mental health workers in higher vocational colleges and vocational colleges c ounselors should make full use of Internet + this important platform.
