With thirty more years of reforming and opening up, Chinese people have active thinking.They are easy to find problems, imitate and learn advanced concepts and technologies from developed countries. They could also find ways and solutions to the problem quickly. But at the same time, the phenomenon of "innovation but not new", low level of scientific research,bottleneck of scientific and technological progress, social ethos blundering are also very prominent. The researchers found that the Chinese people have an "exam-oriented educational thinking". College students are the important part of social groups. Affected by the examination oriented education system, the "exam-oriented educational thinking" of Chinese college students in contemporary is more prominent, and their innovative decision-makings are subjected to severe tests. The purpose of this study is to verify the authenticity of the"exam-oriented educational thinking", and to verify the influences of "exam-oriented educational thinking" and its environmental variables on preference innovation decision of college students. And then develop effective management countermeasures and suggestions to guide college students' innovation decision-makings for seeking new ways and means. So, the research has theoretical significance and practical significance.The main work and achievements of the research exist in three following aspects. Firstly,this research uses methods of interview study and meaning construction to find and put forward the exam-oriented educational thinking. And this research verifies the exam-oriented educational thinking, and constructs the concept of exam-oriented educational thinking system including defining exam-oriented educational thinking, describing its nature and characteristics, and analyzing the influences of the exam-oriented education thinking to enrich the study of exam-oriented educational thinking. Secondly, based on Theory of Planned Behavior, the research constructs the conceptual model of the influence factors of college students' innovation decision preference with the exam-oriented educational thinking environment. And then uses the SEM structural equation model to verify the influence and impact of exam-oriented educational thinking and its environmental variables on college students' innovation decision preference. The results of the verification indicate that the exam-oriented educational thinking has inhibitory effect on college students' innovation decision and its' environmental variables have positive effect on college students' innovation decision. Lastly, on the basis of the results of verification, researcher puts forward management countermeasures and suggestions of college students' innovation decision preference, such as inhibiting the exam-oriented educational thinking, encouraging constructive debate, training situation adaptability and enhancing support of organization.And researcher puts forward the system security and policy support related, so as to guide students' innovation decision to explore the new ways and means.The research aims to open up new theoretical perspective and research paradigm of exam-oriented educational thinking, and to explore its environmental factors and the influence on college students' innovation decision preference. It promotes the innovative education of college students in China, and promotes college students' innovative decision-making ability training and provides the valuable suggestions.
