Research On The Secondary Management Model Of Private Colleges And Universities

In order to further adapt to the sustainable and healthy development of the society,since 1982,China’s institutions of higher learning are becoming more and more,various institutions gradually set up secondary schools,thus new management model of institutions of higher learning began to rise and flourish,and gradually spread to the management of colleges and universities,used and promoted by the common institutions of higher learning.Private higher education in China,as part of the national cause of higher education,plays an important role and it is a kind of supplementary education strength,whether from its own development,or from external environment change,it exists in development period full of opportunities and challenges.Jiangxi private college A,as the pioneer of private education system reform pilot colleges and universities in Jiangxi province,was the first to follow the practice of common colleges and universities,introduced the secondary management model into campus management,also will be as an important new type of management mode of practice and application.Jiangxi private college A,however,in the process of actual practice,how to truly giving secondary school of power,becoming powerful new management mode,give full play to the secondary school responsibility system and social services in the important contribution has certain deficiency,lack of effectiveness of reform,but the effect is not obvious,many people’s ideas need to be changed.Through literature analysis,this paper used interview,questionnaire and so on,to the greatest degree,combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,normative analysis and empirical analysis,uses some basic concepts and theoretical perspectives to analyze some problems,and respectively refers and to domestic and foreign institutions of higher learning management systems and innovation research achievement,especially systematically analyzes secondary analyses the current situation of the new management model in Jiangxi private college A and the existing problems in the process of putting forward new mode of secondary management,combined with the actual situation on the basis of the original related systems,implements some conceptions and countermeasures.Through analyzing secondary management mode analysis in Jiangxi private college,obtained existing problems in the process of promoting the secondary management mode of the Jiangxi private college,and designs preliminary conception of the feasibility and implementation countermeasure in the reform.This will help promote the construction of the secondary management mode in Jiangxi private college A,promoting the sustainable development of school health and providing the corresponding reference for other secondary schools of the private colleges in management model research and reforms.
