Research On The Optimization Of Graduate Students' Innovative Environment In Guangxi Universities From The Perspective Of Developing Ecological Theory

"Innovation",as the current China's "high frequency words",in the five development concept in the first place.The Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee put forward the concept of innovation,green,coordination and sharing.It puts innovation and development in the first place,highlighting a country,if there is not enough creativity,it is difficult and future.Colleges and universities gathered a large number of human,material and financial resources,can be an ideal place for innovation and invention,and graduate students is the backbone of the invention and creation of colleges and universities.As the highest level of higher education,the innovation ability and level of graduate students directly affect our comprehensive National strength and international competitiveness.However,there is still a gap between the innovation ability of postgraduates in our country and the graduate students in developed countries.This gap is caused by many factors.Among them,the environment of graduate students has a direct and important role in the innovation of graduate students.Therefore,it is a novel and important topic to study the innovative environment of postgraduates in colleges and universities,which has positive theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of defining the concept of graduate innovation and innovation environment,this paper further analyzes the characteristics of the innovation environment of postgraduates in Guangxi universities and the environmental factors that affect the innovation ability of postgraduates in Guangxi.Through the Guangxi University,Guangxi University for Nationalities,Guangxi Medical University,Guangxi Normal Colleges and universities and other colleges and universities 392 students to conduct a questionnaire survey to understand the status quo of graduate students in Guangxi innovative environment and the existence of the main problems,the use of the development of ecological theory of Guangxi graduate students innovative environment ecosystem is divided into micro-system(interpersonal environment),intermediate system(The campus culture environment),the external system(the postgraduate training system environment)and the macro system(social atmosphere).On this basis,it puts forward the social and campus culture environment which is beneficial to the graduate students in Guangxi colleges and universities,Graduate Students Innovate Postgraduates to Cultivate Institutional Environment and Construct Innovative and Friendly Interpersonal Environment.
