Study On The Construction Of Day Care Center For The Elderly In Urban Community Of Pidu District

China entered into the aging society in 1999 and the aging speed is extremely fast,however,society resources cannot cover the need of the old.This contradiction in supply has already become the livelihood issues that should be coped with in modern society.Community Day Care Center for the Elderly is a new type of old-age facilities that combines the dual forces of the family and society to provide a comprehensive lifestyle care for the elderly.It is a way of raising old age in line with our national conditions.In this paper,the community care center for the elderly as the object of study,in order to improve the community care center for the elderly day care service composition,optimize the design,to enrich the elderly life,reach the purpose of intensive social resources.This paper firstly analyzes the three old-age models in China by examining a large number of documents,and through the questionnaire to understand the needs of the elderly in the Pidu district community,and integrate the spatial resources of the community care center for the elderly.On this basis,through the analysis of outstanding cases at home and abroad,from the planning concept,planning and design aspects of community day care center.Finally,the building way of it can be found.Through the research of the paper,six results have be found: Firstly,the community pension model will be the development direction of the old-age model in China.This is because the community pension go out of the home of the family and the shortage of resources and the plight of the lack of resources to solve the institutional pension burden of the huge economic burden,to meet the old people in a familiar living environment,the willingness to support the elderly,is a consistent with China's national pension model The Second,the Pidu District Community Survey questionnaire showed that 88.24% of the elderly have medical needs,64.71% of the elderly at the same time chose the spiritual comfort service.In addition,there are 47.06% of the elderly have life care needs,nursing services also have 37.43% of the elderly need.Pidu district community elderly care center service system constitutes a medical service as the focus of construction,followed by spiritual comfort service,while equipped with normal life care services and care services.Third,the community of the elderly day care center space selection of the complex can optimize the living space of the elderly;functional space of the polysemy can improve the utilization of facilities space,reduce construction costs.Fourthly,according to the national construction standard and the age rate of 19.99% in Pidu District,the three types of standards corresponding to the construction scale of the day care center for the elderly in the Pidu district were 970m~2,1432m~2 and 2069 m~2 respectively.Fifth,the logo system design to express simple,clear and easy to identify,identify the height,the size of the right,to facilitate the mobility of the elderly to watch.Sixth,build a community sunshine center large data platform,through the "collection-testing-sharing" mechanism,so that the elderly and their families at any time to understand the physical condition of the elderly.
