The curriculum reform of colleges and universities is one of the important trends in the reform of colleges and universities,the reason is the main way to embody the teaching concept.Since the emergence of institutions of higher learning,the curriculum has been changing.Enter the modern society,the reform of the higher education in the world,conscious of curriculum reform has become one of main component part of the reform.The course as an important part of college education,it is the most direct way of professor,the reform in education is not to be neglected,although scholars in the university curriculum reform in China has a good achievement,it has never stopped since the last century in 70s and 80s.In the study of curriculum reform in colleges and universities in recent years,scholars gradually began to pay attention to the necessity and importance of quality of college teachers for the curriculum.The relationship between teachers and curriculum is closely related to the curriculum.Teacher’s classroom behavior determines the quality of curriculum.Teachers as a people with subjective motile,the quality of its own becomes very important.This study belongs to a part of university curriculum quality assurance system of university,and it is study of the influence factor of university teaching teachers in curriculum implementation.It is based on the reference of domestic and foreign literature.Using the method of literature and interview to define the quality of teachers into three parts:Teachers’qualifications,Professional development and Teachers’ quality,and find the main factors of it.In this paper,division of the teacher quality in a system analysis;introducing the importance of classroom teaching to the teacher,that is Teachers’qualifications(teachers’education level,professional level requirements,subject background);Professional development(teacher’s education idea,the course level of understanding,education discussed);Teachers’ quality(teachers’ sound,body language,the emotion relationship).The innovation of this paper lies in:in the first,the new definition of the concept of teacher quality.New partition for the teacher’s quality more comprehensive summarizes the influence factors of university teachers’ course teaching,at present,the research on the quality of university teachers is unitary.At the second,Analysis of the teachers’ qualifications,professional development quality and teacher quality in the system analysis,from the three dimensions can be taught the effect evaluation of university teachers’ teaching. |
