The Study Of Problems And Countermeasures About Teaching Management In Colleges And Universities In The New Media Technology Era

With the rise of a new wave of technological revolution,the new media technologies make a profound impact on the development of the whole society with its powerful functions and new experiences,and produce a huge impact on higher education.At the same time,they also lead to great changes in teaching management.In terms of educational,managerial,educational technological aspects and by the way of literature review,system analysis,this dissertation discusses and explains the present situation,problems,reasons and countermeasures of teaching management of colleges and universities in the new media era.At first,this dissertation analyzed the environment by SWOT analysis.When the new media technologies put into teaching management practices,the internal strengths and external opportunities provide good conditions,while the internal weaknesses and external threats put challenges.On this basis,this dissertation analyzed and described the current situations from teaching mode,teaching methods,teaching resources,inspection and evaluation of teaching,research and practical activities and teaching management system.Researches shows that the current teaching management has made some achievements in the application of new media technologies,while the following problems still need to pay attention:the slow process of teaching management,the challenges of teaching management methods,information security risks,the difficulty of teaching management innovation,deletions of managers’ ability.Faced with these problems,this dissertation analyzed the reasons from the concept,the right of speaking,the content,the platform and the team.Finally,this dissertation put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improving the teaching level of teaching management on the basis of the current conditions and reasons,including:changing the ideas of teaching management,changing the teaching management discourse,optimizing the content of teaching management,improving the platform of teaching management and strengthening the teaching management team.The new media technologies are new things,the development potentials they bring are immeasurable,In this new era,with the new media technologies to improve teaching management system,and ultimately we will achieve efficient,modernization and intelligent of teaching management.
