School physical education is a process of physical education activities,is an important part of school education,has strong planned and organized.Its fundamental goal is to enhance students' physical quality,promote students to form good habits of will and,improve students' ability,the construction and development of training talents for the country.In quality education vigorously promote at the same time,school sports also booming,but because of the particularity of sports activities,often unpredictable accidents will happen and the frequency is on the rise,has become a high frequency of students' injury accident,not only family brings heavy burden to the student,also affects the school normal teaching order,and even brings negative influence to the society.After injury accident happens by negative responses,such as school demolition related sports equipment,reduce the teaching task and so on,these practices seriously has affected the healthy development of student's body and mind,is not conducive to the growth of the students.Therefore,the research analyses the reason of school sports injury accident,find out the conditions,adjust measures to local conditions,formulate reasonable precautionary measures,in order to avoid or reduce injury accidents,create a safe learning environment for students,to protect the legitimate rights and interests of schools and students.This paper adopts literature data method,questionnaire investigation,interviews and other research methods of 5 in zhangjiajie city middle school sports injury accident investigation,Mainly from zhangjiajie city middle school sports injury accident frequency,the proportion of male and female students,proportion of different grade,Sports injury accident happening,the face-to-face teaching form,the types of sports,and the effects of injury accident and so on are analyzed.The results show that the zhangjiajie city middle school sports injury accident frequency is lower than other domestic high frequency areas;Injury accident exist the differences between gender and grade;Extracurricular sports activities are teaching form of accidents occur most often,the high incidence of basketball and football sport;Causes are mainly the student's own factors;Damage the accident will affect the physical education teachers to carry out sports activities motivation;Needs to improve school safety management system,the lack of corresponding protection measures;Student ego to protect consciousness to strengthen,part of the student organization discipline concept is poorer,self-discipline is not strong and so on.Accordingly,in zhangjiajie city middle school sports injury accident prevention put forward the corresponding measures.
