With the spread and development of the idea of Classroom Observation in China.The Classroom Observation technology was used by more and more teachers in the daily classroom teaching research.A new round of curriculum reform also puts forward new requirements to the High School Chinese classroom teaching.Sparing no effort to build up efficient classroom has become the common pursuit of first-line teachers.How to research the occurrence and development of students' learning behavior in the classroom.How to improve the efficiency of Chinese classroom teaching which needs further thinking and research when the new reform of classroom teaching is happening.The article is divided into five parts altogether.The part of Introduction is to simply introduce the background of this study,at the same time,is to analysis along with summing up the research status of the Classroom Observation at home and abroad which involved in this paper,as a kind of classroom research tools,has laid the foundation theory and practice.The first chapter starting from the basic concept of classroom observation,which has interpreted the connotation of Classroom Observation,Summarized the different types of Classroom Observation,and pointed out the significance of Classroom Observation is to promote students' learning and teachers'professional development.The second chapter mainly from three aspects to observe the classroom teaching of "Appreciate Foreign Nove" qualitatively and quantitatively for the three class of 2014 in Hanyang No.1 High School,and to record detailedly the observation data,which including three respects:key learning point achievement scale,the study and activities of students,cooperative learning,accordingly to present the real condition of foreign novel classroom teaching in the Chinese class of Hanyang No.1 High School.The third chapter is to point out the current problems of foreign novel teaching,which according to the teacher recorded data in the classroom observation and the standard framework of classroom teaching effectiveness,combining with classroom observation scale to make inference and analysis,includes three aspects of problems:learning objectives one-sided,learning activities lack of pertinence and cooperative learning become a mere formality.The fourth chapter aim to conclude the way of promoting the teaching strategies of effectiveness of high school Chinese foreign novel,which mainly basing on my own teaching practice,including setting clear learning goals,designing reasonable and effective learning activities,Paying attention to individual differences in the cooperative learning.
