| With the deepening reform of new curriculum,middle school teachers are facing unprecedented challenges,that make people gradually realized the importance of renewaling education idea,improving the quality of education and deepening teaching reform.The development of teacher professional is becoming more and more attention,and also is the consensus of education at home and abroad.Middle school history discipline is to let students learn to use the viewpoint of historical materialism to explain major process and summarize its law of development of human history,and cultivate students’ consciousness of history.It’s more important than other subjects so thus history teachers are carrying out arduous education mission.And this article is based on these challenge sand the current problems to analyze the path of the teachers’professional development.In this paper,there is four content,the first part of them is introduction.Mainly introduced the origin of their topic,significance;the studies of history teacher professional development both at home and abroad.And also introduced the,professional,teacher’s professional,the connotation of teacher’s professional development.There three chapters in the body part.The first chapter introduces the challenges of history teachers faced under the background of new curriculum:the role of teachers to reform,to broaden the knowledge,to master new skills,and to adapt to the change of the new college entrance examination under the new curriculum reform.The second chapter,mainly introduces the current situation,the problems faced by high school history teacher:the lack of professional self-development motivation,the defect of knowledge structure,the lack of the spirit and the poor results of continuing education.The third chapter,The third chapter,as the focus in the study of this paper,mainly introduced the middle school history teacher professional development path.Mainly analyze from those five aspects:such as:learn and adopt the idea of lifelong learning,strengthening the history teachers professional learning,the development history of mutual cooperation activities,to participate in the history of school-based curriculum development,carry out regular self-reflection. |
