A Preliminary Study On "Innovative" Social Organization

Since the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008,China’s social organizations have entered a new stage of development.The innovative social organizations that solve social problems in an innovative way will gradually expand their social influence through innovative actions through the new trend of "public entrepreneurship and multi innovation".In March 2016,the introduction of the People’s Republic of China charity law provided a new opportunity for the sustainable development of social organizations.In this paper,through combing and analyzing the relevant social organizations of domestic and foreign literature,combining the current situation of the development of social organizations in China,that China is currently in the stage of rapid development of the social organization,the national level policy is gradually improving,the relationship between state and society is still in the dynamic changes in the social organization,relief,community construction and other fields a more obvious role in poverty alleviation,but also to the country and society to create a good development environment and development space.At the same time,social organizations should actively respond to social needs and make efforts to create innovative social organizations.Based on the analysis of relevant literature and data,the Beijing L foundation as a case study,mainly from the foundation’s own situation,combined with the concept of national and social relations theory and the innovation of social organization,the analysis of Beijing L fund will conform to the needs of social transformation,focus on social innovation investment,continue to respond to social needs.To solve the social problems,play the role of innovative social organizations.Through the research on the foundation of four stages of development of social service innovation process,clear the L foundation the main innovation in the organization operation mode,organization form,organizational goals and organization theory,analysis of its innovative power source,development experience and development dilemma,draws the following conclusions: first,social innovation can effectively solve social problems;second,social organizations more innovative,actively grasp the innovative power source;third,the social organization and the government to maintain good interaction,can realize the public resource complementary.Through the combination of theoretical and practical research,reflect the context and core value of innovative development of social organization,clear organizational positioning innovative social organizations in the trial and error and the process of continuous innovation,to enrich our social innovative local connotation and practical cases.
