In recent years, China actively advocates the integration of education and information technology to promote educational reform and innovation. Under the background of educational informatization, the informal learning has emerged massively, which is led by mobile learning and become an important learning method. Many researchers have been investigated in the construction of mobile education platform, and continuously improve the development of mobile learning resources.However, the existing system ignores the contradiction between the limited cognitive level of learners and a great deal of learning resource in the mobile learning platform,which increased the cognitive burden of learners and not be able to understand the content rapidly. Therefore,it is necessary to design a reasonable pattern of notes,sorting as well as linking the knowledge network, so as to build a complete knowledge system.In real applications, due to the low editing efficiency, difficult management of paper notes, they are gradually replaced with mobile interactive notes. As an independent mobile application, mobile interactive notes do not rely on the mobile learning platform, so it is difficult to establish effective association between learning resources and other notes.Meanwhile, learners are hard to obtain intuitive learning experience and learn effectively.Therefore, it is necessary to design an exclusive note taking function for the mobile learning. To solve the problem of poor correlation and low utilization of note taking in mobile learning, this thesis designs and implements an associated note taking system for mobile learning platform. The main work mainly includes following parts.Firstly, based on the related theory and technology analysis, the thesis studies the relationship between notes and resources, notes and notes. Through the studying of the establishment of association, the presentation strategy and the organizational relationship,this work formulates the association strategy between the notes and resources, as well as the note storage model based on associated resources. Furthermore, this work uses the strategy of associated tag based on semantic, and formulates the recommendation mechanism to share notes among leaners.Secondly, based on the above mechanism, the thesis designs the system framework of the client, server and database. Furthermore, four main functional modules are realized,including data synchronization module, association presentation module, association recommendation module and organization management module.Finally, the system has entered into a formal operation supported by M-starC, and the effectiveness and reliability of the system has been further verified through functional testing, performance testing, application data testing.The innovation of this thesis is to construct a new note taking model which is suitable for mobile learning environment, it realizes the deep interaction between learners and curriculum resources, knowledge contents, so as to improve the learning efficiency effectively.
