| Through literature search found that the hot domestic research focused on the definition of community and sports associations, nature, characteristics, classification, functions and sports associations related theory research and national, provincial sports associations the status quo and reforms, on the with a grass-roots nature of non-governmental sports organizations, in particular grass-roots sports clubs and sports organizations or the comparative study of a "virgin land." No such an existing research before. And this point of the missing-handicapping phenomenon, will affect the comprehensive development of China's sports associations.Based on the above, this study of "Beijing Sports of the second mass survey" as an opportunity to advance humanities research scientists based in order to achieve at all levels to explore Beijing's grass-roots sports clubs and sports organizations and experience in the development of the basic law, Explore Beijing's sports clubs and grass-roots level, the linkages between sports organizations and able to learn from each other of the Office, to make China's local sports clubs and grass-roots sports organizations and common development purposes. In this study, Beijing (city, district "county") the level of sports associations and Beijing with a grass-roots nature of the (community, neighborhood) development of sports organizations as the research object, sports associations and the Chongwen District of Beijing, Haidian District, Changping District, Yanqing County, and other four districts and counties part of the street offices (rural) community (neighborhood) and sports groups to study, using literature, questionnaire and interview survey method, mathematical statistics France, logical induction and comparative law, unique case investigation, in analyzing the Beijing municipal sports associations, sports associations and district level with the grass-roots nature of the community (neighborhood) in the development of sports groups on the basis of profiles, but also to the Beijing municipal, district sports associations and the county with a grass-roots nature of the case and the community (neighborhood) of the constitution of sports groups and case-building. There are some concerned genes and relevance on category, management and operation. The differences between Beijing sport association and grass roots groups are on the Olympic sports number and the mass favorite sports.There is no management through the levels, Beijing municipal and county levels'operation is obviously frequently, yet the grass roots groups has nothing relationship to the two levels sports association. The suggestions are building Beijing Sport Union, strengthening the staffs quality and construction, advocating the each level sport associations to connect to community; making a functional system to effect the most basically level; perfecting sports facilities and equipments and using fully the marketing and financial rules to widen funds resource. |
