Research On The Factors Influencing The Near-situ Urbanization Of Agricultural Transfer Population

In 2014,Premier Keqiang Li pointed out in his government work report that the promotion of the new urbanization of people-oriented efforts should be made to solve the problem of "three hundred million people",that is,to promote the transfer of about 100 million of the agricultural population into the towns and to transform about 100 million people living in shantytowns And the city in the village,to guide about 100 million people in the central and western regions near the urbanization.Henan is a typical central economically underdeveloped areas and large agricultural population in China,urban and rural dual structure prominent,and guide the transfer of agriculture in the province near the urbanization,is the central promotion of regional and urban and rural coordination,economic and social coordination,medium and small cities and small Towns coordinated development of major strategic initiatives.Based on the combination of theoretical research and practice investigation,this paper combs the present situation of agricultural population migration in Henan Province,and finds that the current population backflow is enhanced and tends to flow in the short distance from the city level.On this basis,taking Luoyang as an example,to carry out the in-depth study of urbanization.On the one hand,the urbanization level and industrial development of Luoyang are analyzed and the objective power foundation of Luoyang city's urbanization is explored.On the other hand,through the questionnaire survey,the subjective intention of the urbanization of agriculture is analyzed and the Binary Logistic regression model,the significant factors influencing the will of urbanization are occupation,service life,children 's schooling,entrepreneurial support policy,urban purchase situation and urban life fitness.The government's policy of urbanization is only in line with the subjective and objective factors in order to achieve maximum efficiency.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the dilemma faced by the urbanization construction in Henan Province,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
