Community is part of a city,is the link of the party and government organizations to connects the ordinary people,is the places for urban residents to live and to prosper.The adolescence plays a significant role in people's life.Peoples' intelligence development reaches to the top from youth to adult,and youth is the crucial time for people to develop fair ideological and ethical standards.Urban community's youths ideological and political education is the excellent tool for adolescence to develop good morality,is the very approach to develop adolescences' ideological and ethical standards other than school ideological and political education and family education.In the face of the various undertakings of reform and development in our country,scholars have highly focus on community education problems.However,the problem of youth ideological and political education in urban community has been always in the groping stage,is worthy of study.Especially,urban community youth ideological and political education effectiveness is barely satisfactory,is worth more exploring.Urban community's youth ideological and political education effectiveness refers to youths the actual effect of ideological and political education of community's adolescence.That is to say the urban community working departments,institutions or social groups such as families,schools,organizations influence adolescences,so that they form the ideological and moral quality according with certain social requirements and social practice.This article studies the actual effect of ideological and political education of the urban community's youth ideological and political education on the basis of ideological and political education.We are aiming at discover the problems,analyze problems,and puts forward Suggestions in order to improve and provide references for China's urban community's youth ideological and political education effectiveness study.
