With the understanding of the nature of teaching deepening gradually,more and more educators are beginning to reflect on the situation where children's natural interest and rights of researching are depressed.To rebuild the value of inquring into knowledge and respect children's rights to do this are recognized to a broad extent.Many schools have been exploring ways to help children engage into research under the background of new curriculum reform.But how is it coming along?What kind of difficulties they meet in their daily life?As a an educator,how to help them?In order to understand fully the educaional value of sudents as researchers and to make every child enjoy the intellectual joy it brings to them,educators must face the barriers and think about countermeaures to break through.By using questionnaire method,choosing an sample of 179 teachers and 222 students in Jin Hua,Zhe Jiang,and combing with the observation at primary schools,this paper researching in two aspects,which are the current implementation and understanding from children and teachers,to gain insigts from the current situaion and find ways out from their understanding.It finds out the barries being as follows:First,teachers'understanding of the nature of children's research is not well guided.Second,it forms a challenge for teachers to develop curriculum of children's research.Third,the space and time of intiaing activities are limited.Fourth,the support from outside is not enough.Based on this,it comes up with four relative countermeasures to break through:First,respect the distinct value of children's research.Second,teachers learn to construct children's curriculum by relecting the practice Third,set appropriate space and time for children to construct personalized environment.Fourth,build the system of support and learning community...
