With the rapid development of information technology,digital education has attracted more and more attention.At present,personal learning space has gradually become the focus of educational technology research.PLS is a new learning environment that integrates personality,openness,interactivity and so on.In PLS,Community is an important part.The construction of the learning community can stimulate the learners' interest and tap the potential of individuals,which can help the learning of individual and the community.However,there is not rich enough in the study of PLS;There is not complete in the construction of PLS;There is not perfect in the activities of PLS;Especially there is a lack of research related to the learning community in PLS.Therefore,this study explores the individual learning space and the learning community.And then we find that PLS is a new concept.At present,the research on PLS still rests on the theoretical level,meanwhile,the practical research is not enough.As a consequence,the study uses literature,observation,interviews and so on.this article will be the cross-study of PLS and learning community.The purpose of the study is to improve the theory of PLS as well as activity model.This study discovers the connotation of the learning community in the individual learning space and put forward the concept of learning community in PLS.The learning community of PLS has the following aspects.PLS is the unit of individual learning;There is a common vision between individuals;there is technical interaction between the units;The units constitute a larger social network.The larger social network is called learning community.There are three dimensions in the knowledge construction of learning communities based on PLS.They are "Aggregate individuals form groups"," Use the conversation to connect"," Share each other to create".Inspired by the theory of activity system,this study puts forward six factors of learning community construction and gives three strategies of building learning community.They are learning subject,learning objectives,content knowledge,tools and resources,rules and learning situation.And it is suggested that learner can enter activities from non-linear perspective;They need full participation in the discussion as well as a positive reflection.At the end of the part,we propose the process of learning community activity.Combined with the above content,the article records the details of learning community activities at the last study of the individual learning space in the construction of learning community practice.Through the observation method and the interview method,the experimental results are analyzed,and the research is tested from several aspects.The study finds the advantages and disadvantages of constructing the learning community in the individual learning space.After the analysis,discussion and experiment of the community in the individual learning space,this study deepens the theoretical construction of the community in the individual learning space,and provides evidence for the follow-up practice research.
