As the main leaders of the school principal,the principal's own academic level and ability to manage the school directly affect the height of the school development.Since the eighty s,China's administrative department for education for primary and secondary school principals training program is focused on.At present our country existing several main principal training mode:course education,research and case analysis and problem oriented mode,this several training model is more focused on theoretical knowledge,a professor of to a certain extent,ignored the theory with practice.In order to remedy the situation,this study opened around how to improve the effect of our country middle and primary school headmaster training research.First,since the developed countries of middle and primary school headmaster training model are complete mature,it's better for us to study their Advanced training concept.Therefore,this paper introduced The British,Japan and Amercian's principal training model.They are Respectively school-based training,professiona development school lesson study mode.Through the several existing common school principal training mode:course education mode,research mode,base training model and net training model.The principal as the main participants in the training,the training form for training institutions and training content,and so on the effect of the experience of the most representative feedback.In this study,therefore,of a training institutions after the training to the principal of questionnaire and interview investigation summarizes the principals for the training effect and the opinions of the training process.First,refresh the old training mode and training organization innovation ever trained the headmaster's passive training ideas;Second,built from the teaching plan to teaching and teaching evaluation of the whole process of training system,in order to realize the training of the consistency and integrity;Third,establish the combination of theory and practice of tutor's double double training team,different areas of specialization of teacher guide,to ensure the reliability and validity of theory and practice;The last,establish training quality monitoring system,in order to ensure the training at different times of the mid and late training monitoring,and in a timely manner to the training content and the way to adjust,to adapt to the training requirements of the principal,to achieve the training quality of ascension.
